Elite is a locally owned gym in Stratford Ontario that was established in April of 2020.

Our focus is on the foundations of fitness -> sound programs, quality exercises, motivation, empowerment and development.

We serve our community with our niche and passion to provide optimal fitness services that are geared towards adult fitness and athletic training.

Each program, adult or athletic training, is designed to build strength, boost your endurance capabilities and rev up your energy! We are passionate about building an amazing community and committed to making sure YOU feel your best!

Dori + Liv

Meet the owners! Dori + Liv have been playing sports their entire lives, have always been passionate about health & wellness and both pursued an education in nutrition and fitness.

These two proud Stratford natives look forward to motivating and energizing the community they've grown up loving. Always eager to sweat, meet new people and challenge those around them to be their best self.

 

Becca Barras

Meet our newest coach, Becca! She has been an athlete her whole life, diving for the Canadian National Team at her peak. Becca balances her time between family, working as a Paramedic and newly with us.

Becca has a huge passion for wellness and will be introducing yoga to our gym. She seeks to bring awareness to the mind/body connection through her yoga classes and strives to help members feel refreshed, limber and energized after leaving the gym.
